​What’s on your plate

​We will start at 13.00 with a 40-minute Signature Sculpt Pilates class, led by Leonie. Expect a mindful yet powerful workout that challenges your strength and leaves you feeling energised and alive.

​After the movement, allow yourself to fully unwind as Sound of NOENA guides you into deep relaxation with a 25-minute sound bath, led by the wonderful Noemi. A moment to slow down, breathe deeply and reset.

​Following the session, we will come together for a relaxed apéro in a beautiful setting, featuring:

• ​Nourishing bites from Tosca and Jasmins Cakery

​Come in your dark brown activewear to match the community and the overall vibe of the event. If you do not own dark brown pieces, black or earthy tones are very welcome. Most importantly, you should feel comfortable.
