​We're going to experience some fusion Indian food at one of Portland's favorite food trucks - Desi PDX.

​Join me to try some Indian Fusion food at Portland's first-ever Indian Food Week at Desi PDX and Chef Deepak Saxena.

​I was born and raised in New Delhi and go back every year or two to visit family. Besides eating some amazing home cooked meals, what I'm most excited about when I go out to eat in Delhi is to experience what's new. And it's usually some form of fusion food, a variation on Indian flavors influenced by food around the world.

​I'm excited for you to try what Deepak, the owner at Desi PDX has done to create so much flavor bringing together what's familiar and what's new.

​'Indian Food Explorations' presents Portland's very first "Indian Food Week" - A weeklong celebration of Portland's amazing diversity of Indian restaurants serving a range of regional cuisines, street food, and Indian fusion.
