Mind Moment Ideas Club
Welcome to the Mind Moment Ideas Club!
A monthly live experience where you learn one powerful idea, practice it in real time, and connect with people who are actually doing the work to Win the Moment🧠💪🏼
This Month's Speaker + Topic:
Speaker: Jaclyn Spiegel, LCSW (Philadelphia Based)
Topic: You'll learn how to stop being hijacked by your own emotions…because science shows that the second you witness a feeling instead of drowning in it, your brain switches from firefighting to rewriting, and that's the only window where anything actually changes. We’ll do this through the Lens of IFS (Internal Family Systems…a popular therapeutic tool).
What is the Mind Moment Ideas Club?
The Mind Moment Ideas Club is a live, monthly experience focused on helping you build mental fitness in a way that works in real life.
Each session brings together thoughtful people, one meaningful idea, and a simple way to put it into practice, so it doesn’t just stay interesting, it becomes useful:
Instead of overwhelming you with information, each session is centered around a single idea, something relevant, practical, and worth your attention.
From there, we guide you through a simple way to apply it immediately, so you can begin using it before the session even ends.
And if you choose to stay, the conversation opens up. You’ll hear how others are thinking about the same challenges, ask questions, and reflect in a space designed to provoke a new way of thinking.
You don’t need another webinar. What you need is a space where ideas actually change how you think and show up.
The experience, each month
Every session follows a simple, repeatable structure:
A clear, relevant idea: You’ll be introduced to one concept through a guest expert or guided session—something grounded in real-world application.
A practical tool: You’ll walk through a short exercise designed to help you apply that idea immediately, so it becomes something you’ve done, not just heard.
A live conversation (optional): You’re invited to stay for discussion, reflection, and questions. This portion is not recorded, so the space remains private and open.
Just imagine showing up to something that actually changes the way you think, feel and do...
Not because it was louder, longer, or more motivating than everything else…
But because you gave yourself the space to engage with one idea and use it (with other curious people).
Over time, that kind of consistency creates real change:
You think more clearly under pressure
You respond with more intention
You follow through more consistently
You feel less overwhelmed by everything on your plate
We can't wait to meet you!!!
