Jerlisa "Juju" Fontaine: Founder of HuCapital
Jerlisa "Juju" Fontaine is the Founder & CEO of HuCapital, an AI social platform uniting entrepreneurial creatives and professionals via 1:1, peer group and prompted matches; all powered by our AI engine, Huey. Through HuCapital, Fontaine is on a mission to transform online connections into lasting IRL relationships that spark fruitful career, entrepreneurial, and collaborative opportunities for this next generation of leaders.
Fontaine is also a seasoned product manager and tech leader with over a decade of experience in digital health and professional development. She’s worked on various technology solutions including AI-powered career tools, health insurance engagement systems, SMS-based programs, chatbots and optimized EHR software.
Michael A, Founder & CEO, Rita Group
Michael is a Tech Strategist, Design Leader, Educator, and Founder with over 10 years of experience working in tech. He specializes in Tech and Design leadership and management, Design Operations, strategy, and process, Emerging Technology (from Al to AR), Design Systems, and Inclusive Design and Accessibility. Throughout his career, Michael has built, led, and managed various teams with his latest full time role being Director of Product Design at a digital consultancy. He's worked with teams of all sizes, including the City of New York, NPR, Meta, and more. He also has experience as Head of Tech & Design at HuCapital and contracting with the law firm Mayer Brown as a Tech & Design Strategy Consultant.
Beyond his full-time work, Michael is a tech, Al, and design educator currently teaching at CUNY, with over 7 years of teaching experience. Bridging his experience from corporate to the classroom, he's also the Founder and CEO of Rita Group, an ed-tech company thoughtfully supporting tech career seekers through initiatives including Rita Lab, Rita ABC, and Rita XYZ.
Magic Washington, Head of Events, HuCapital
Magic Washington is Head of Events at HuCapital, an AI-powered professional social network transforming hyper-personalized online connections into lasting, IRL relationships. With a background in talent acquisition, she brings a unique perspective to building intentional communities that connect people to the right opportunities. Magic curates high-impact experiences, including events with over 600 attendees, and develops content that empowers professionals to grow, pivot, and thrive. As a natural connector, she is passionate about closing gaps in access, knowledge, and networks. Through strategy and authentic engagement, Magic helps professionals turn conversations into meaningful, long-term growth.
