From Noise to Decision
Most business leaders have seen an AI demo by now. Far fewer have a practical framework for deciding where AI belongs, how much to trust it, and when it is ready to take on delegated work.
This breakfast workshop is designed to close that gap, not with more slides, but with hands-on working sessions you can apply in your organization.
We’ll keep the opening very brief: a quick introduction to your two hosts, Andrew and Ankit, a little about the companies behind the workshop, and what we’ll be building during the morning.
From there, we’ll move straight into two hands-on sessions, working live on real systems rather than pre-recorded demos.
Session One: Build an AI Chief of Staff
Andrew Huynh from CHA Business Solutions will take you through building a working Chief of Staff in Claude. You’ll explore how AI can help with the operational work that consumes a leader’s week: reading, sorting through information, prioritizing, drafting, and staying on top of what needs attention. This is something you can take away and start using immediately.
Session Two: Move from Assistance to Delegation
Ankit Agarwal from Hexaview Technologies will lead a session on building a small team of AI specialists, each with a defined role, its own instructions, and controlled access to different parts of company information.
Instead of giving the team a list of tasks, you’ll give it an objective and let it determine how the responsibility should be divided. The result is an executive brief, followed by a closer look at where its recommendations came from, what it considered but left out, how much of the business it could actually see, and how its answer changes when access is limited.
This is a working session, not a keynote. You’ll spend most of the time working on your laptop, with real tools on screen, built for the boardroom rather than the server room. There’s no coding involved.

Senior business leaders, including C-suite executives, functional heads, and senior managers. This is designed for people who decide whether their organization adopts AI, not the people who build it.
