Parallel Without Collisions 🔀 Claude Code for Developers |
Total Recall:
Dynamic workflows:

English
You already use Claude Code every day. This morning is about running several of them at once without them tripping over each other, and keeping each one's context clean enough to trust.
You know the routine. Claude Code is open all day, it writes real code on real repos, and you know how to catch it when it drifts. Most of the time, though, it's still one agent, one task, and you waiting for it to finish so you can hand it the next one. You tried a second terminal and both agents went for the same file. You've watched a session get fuzzy as the context filled up, without knowing what to cut. Meanwhile people online post screenshots of ten agents running at once and skip the part where they explain how.
Four talks with live demos on the setup that makes parallel work hold up: context first, then parallel agents, then graphs, then agents from other vendors in the same loop.
09:00-09:30 · Arrival, coffee, setup
09:30-10:15 · Talk 1: Context is the scarce resource
Skills that load on demand versus what belongs in CLAUDE.md, and why that split decides how long a session stays sharp
CandleKeep: a library of books and docs your agents read only when they need them
Total Recall: memory that carries across sessions, so you stop re-explaining the project every morning
Token Optimizer: an audit of where your context goes and what is wasting it
10:30-11:15 · Talk 2: Parallel without collisions
Background agents and git worktrees: several Claudes on one repo, each on its own branch
The conductor pattern: one prompt that dispatches several custom agents
Agents that talk to each other: messages across sessions, and writer/reviewer pairs where one writes and the other tries to break it
When not to parallelize, because sometimes the merge costs more than the speedup
11:30-12:15 · Talk 3: Graph engineering
Nodes and edges: what deserves an agent, and what is plain code that runs for free
Fan-out and fan-in, quality gates with adversarial verifiers, and routing decided by code instead of by the agent
Dynamic workflows: you describe the goal, Claude writes the orchestration script and launches a fleet
Saved workflows the whole team can rerun. All of it live, on a real production pipeline
12:30-13:15 · Talk 4: Beyond one vendor
Claude Code, Codex, Devin and Gemini in the same loop: second opinions, cross-model review, and sending each task to the harness that handles it best
A peek at extending Claude Code itself: hooks, status panes, small mods
13:15-13:30 · Open Q&A and mingling
(15-minute breaks between talks.)
What you leave with
A parallel setup with worktrees and background agents you can copy to your own repo the next morning
A plan for your first graph: where it splits, where the quality gate sits, where it merges
A context toolkit: what moves out of CLAUDE.md into skills, and which tools to install first
A cross-model review loop you can run on your next PR
Who it's for: developers who live in code, git, repos, servers and databases, and already use Claude Code daily on real work, but suspect they're using a fraction of it.
Who it's not for: if you don't write code, or haven't really used Claude Code yet, this morning will move too fast. Start with our beginners day. And if you're not a developer and want to take something you built online, the 04.11 workshop (From Idea to Production) was built for you.
Prerequisites: daily experience with Claude Code · comfortable with git and branches · a laptop with Claude Code installed if you want to follow along (optional, everything is shown live on screen).
