Kaospilot Alumni x Uffe Elbæk : Utopia in Action
Utopia in Action
A Kaospilot Alumni Online Event
About the Event
It's getting personal.
Uffe Elbæk, who founded the education that shaped all our lives, is coming to talk to us. As a community. As the people who lived the radical experiment he set in motion.
His upcoming book "Utopi i praksis" (Utopia in Action) portrays ten historical figures who have each left a mark on Uffe's thinking. Ten stories of radical utopias, outsider voices, and political breakthroughs from the 1860s to today. Together they form a much larger question, one that will feel familiar to all of us: What does it take to imagine a better world, and then go and build it?
Uffe will speak about how the book came to be, why he chose these particular ten people, and why holding onto utopia, not as wishful thinking, but as lived practice, matters more urgently now than ever before.
