We’ll use research-backed tools from the book Atomic Habits to help reinvigorate your resolutions into actual habits. We'll start by identifying the root of WHY you are failing, then build a customized system to support your new habit. We'll also practice reflection and mindfulness activities that will support your journey. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Identify your key behavioral barriers that have prevented you from sticking to your new habits.
- Understand how to use friction to disrupt unhelpful patterns and design frictionless systems to support your desired behaviors.
- Create a customized, realistic habit plan that aligns with your objectives.
- Identify professional and personal accountability partners to establish structure and encouragement as you progress.
- practice mindfulness techniques, like affirmations and visualizations to embody your new identity.
