What Should We Learn When AI Can Think?

​As AI becomes increasingly capable of thinking, creating and solving problems, what should humans be learning?

​Join The Sloane Club and Well–Crafted for an evening exploring the relationship between AI, creativity, education and the future of work, as part of an ongoing series coinciding with London Design Festival.

​The conversation has been put together by Peter Stojanovic, editor at Hot Topics who will interview two voices from different perspectives: Benedetta Mammi, Oxford PhD and researcher specialising in technology, society, craft and cultural economies, and Niresh Rajah, Chief Data & AI Officer, Non-Executive Director and Fellow of Imperial College and Oxford University.

​Together, they’ll explore if AI can increasingly think for us, what should we be learning? What happens to creativity when technology can generate almost anything? And why might the act of making become more important, not less, in an AI-powered world?

​Expect an open, thought-provoking conversation about where we are heading, what we might lose along the way, and what humans still have to offer.
