Since then, he has developed a strong hands-on approach with a proven track record in steering Leadership & Strategic Transformations of large companies, particularly in the retail, FMCG, Luxury, and service industries. His daily role involves ensuring that leaders and managers bring together the right elements to reconcile performance, well-being at work, and the ability to transform. This includes developing managerial skills, soft skills, and implementing the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology.

As an OKR expert, he specializes in implementing and managing OKR frameworks to drive organizational alignment and performance improvement. He is passionate about leveraging OKRs to enhance productivity, focus, and results, with a proven track record of helping companies set strategic goals and achieve measurable outcomes.
