2️⃣ Open Coworking (this one): No agenda. Just show up, plug in, and decide whether you want to focus, brainstorm, or connect with other builders in the room.
3️⃣ Knowledge Share: Demo your MVP, get real feedback, and exchange lessons with other founders. Sometimes we bring in guest experts too.
Every session feels different, because the founders in the room shape the energy and outcomes.
