A forward-deployed engineer (FDE) is one person who can build the system, read the economics of a process and earn the trust of the people who will use it. Few people get to practise all three at once. This weekend you will.

What you’ll do

You’ll work in small teams on one real business case:

Engineering: Integrate systems, handle messy data and design AI workflows.
Business: Find the real bottleneck and quantify the value of fixing it.
Relationships: Listen to operators, convince decision-makers and drive change.

Schedule

Friday [27 Nov], evening: kickoff, case intro, dinner and drinks.
Saturday [28 Nov], all day: discovery, build and final pitch. Lunch included.
