• ​18:40 – 19:10 - Success Story: Florian Kristof from Peter Park will share how they’re automating customer support at scale - combining an AI hotline handling 500+ calls a day and a custom AI agent system that processed over 5,000 tickets to build a high-quality knowledge base through human-in-the-loop verification. He’ll show the real challenges behind this work, from extracting reference codes on phone lines to iterating rapidly at high volumes, and how Peter Park is moving from custom-built workflows to enterprise-grade AI platforms.
