About

At Figuring Shit Out, we put on events for Founders who don't normally go to events. We didn't believe Singapore needed another panel, fireside chat or Q&A so we did the radical step of asking speakers think ahead of time about what they wanted to say. Beyond palatable food & hopefully more than palatable networking, why schlep across town to sit in a cramped room for an hour: Perspective!

All our speakers come from fascinating career backgrounds that caused them to look at the world and think about problems in uniquely insightful ways. Each of our talks provides a unique lens on the problems facing startups that Founders can absorb to provide a new toolkit of insights for their own founder journey.

Topic

FSO's 3-in-1 Afterparty is back for ECHELON with not 1, but 3 FSO speakers - and our new friends at Founders Launchpad.

Finish your ECHELON experience with a bang, learn how to get started, stay sane as you grow, and who to bring with you along the journey.

About the Speakers

Mark Mullinix is Principal at Growth Vectors, an organisational architecture firm which works with startups and SMEs on diagnosing the structural issues that inhibit growth and deploying the right specialist solutions to fix them. Over the last fifteen years, Mark has been part of leadership teams that have built and scaled ventures across Asia-Pacific, from founding a strategic consultancy, to launching technology powering leading credit card rewards programmes, to establishing Singapore’s largest loyalty coalition backed by Temasek and DFI Retail Group.

Niki Torres is a systems strategist and the founder of HelmCrew, a systems studio that helps founders build businesses that grow without running on constant urgency. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and growth including three Head of Marketing roles in early-stage startups.

Stuart Thornton brings over 25 years of commercial leadership across fintech, payments, and telecommunications, with 23+ years anchoring growth strategies out of APAC. After 20 years of corporate experience, he built hoolah, pioneering BNPL in Asia from Day 1 to its acquisition by ShopBack; heros, a platform for athletes to democratize access to sponsorship; and 6ONE, a fractional and advisory CRO-as-a-service. Behind the scenes, he is a passionate, competitive tennis player determined to keep the classic single-hand backhand alive (as well as any other sport), a dedicated specialty coffee enthusiast always on the lookout for unique regional roasts, and a father to a teenager.

Proudly presented by MAGI.
