​About the guest speaker:

​Marcus Hoffmann has been Head of Documentation at Siemens Digital Industries in Amberg since 2011, leading a globally oriented technical documentation team. With more than 16 years of experience in technical communication, he brings extensive expertise in leadership, standardization, and digital information management.

​He is currently secretary of tekom Deutschland e.V. and German spokesperson for DKE/K 113. He also chairs the tekom standard committee and contributes to several national and international standards committees, including DKE/GUK 113.1 and IEC JWG 16 for the IEC 82079 standards series. He represents Siemens in the iiRDS Consortium and on the iiRDS Steering Committee.

​Marcus has been involved with tekom for more than 15 years, including as a speaker at tekom conferences, and has contributed to the development of technical communication standards at both national and international levels.
