βπ Please note: Registration for natHacks 2025 closes on October 25th, 2025 at 11:59PM MT. Filling out the required information for Luma has a deadline of October 26th at 11:59 PM MT. To apply, you must submit the Luma registration AS WELL AS the registration form on the NAT website.
ββnatHacks 2025 is a 64-hour competition where interdisciplinary teams build solutions to real-world challenges in MedTech, EdTech, and EcoTech.
βAt natHacks 2025, participants have the opportunity to engage with mentors for technical support, business guidance, and project feedback.
βOver $30,000 in seed funding and in-kind resources are available to help winning teams carry their projects forward.

ββπΈ Hacker Fee
βParticipation in natHacks 2025 requires a partially refundable $50 deposit, consisting of a:
β$25 non-refundable program fee. This program fee covers the cost of the following:
βMeals, snacks and coffee throughout the hackathon
βAccess to hacking space
βNAT merchandise
ββ$25 refundable deposit, βreturned to you after you participate in the hackathon. This helps us make sure everyone who signs up contributes meaningfully to their team.
ββWe want natHacks to be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial barriers. For a limited number of applicants, we will waive the non-refundable $25 fee. Please note:
ββRequesting a subsidy does not guarantee approval
ββYou may be asked to provide documentation of low income
ββAll applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Β

βParticipants apply individually through the registration form on the NAT website.Β
βOnce you submit the registration form, you will see a confirmation screen notifying you that your registration was received, and directing you to the natHacks Luma page.
βComplete Your Luma Registration
This is to finalize your registration and payment information. Once you are accepted as a hacker, we will send you an email with important information and instructions. Please note that you will not be charged the $50 deposit on Luma until your application is approved.
