Join us for a 40-minute Mobility & Recovery class led by Joel from F45, followed by a 15 min breathwork led by Moksha Yoga + Spa.
Enjoy private shopping after class from 10:15 AM - 11AM.
Please bring your own mat & water bottle. Dress comfortably for a workout.
