​Untangling the Polycrisis is a full-day workshop for people who want to understand the real shape of the global crisis, not the edited version. It maps the interconnected forces driving ecological breakdown, political fragmentation, and social instability, and explores the communication failures that are making things worse. It also asks who we need to become in response. Serious in its content, grounded in evidence, and designed to move people from overwhelm into clarity and action.

​The process

​The workshop is a participatory process that helps people connect the polycrisis to their own values, fears, work, relationships and agency. It moves from personal reflection to systems thinking, to discussion of major drivers and impacts, and finally towards individual commitment.
