​We're hosting an Affordable Housing "Live Deal Lab" at Rosie's Coffee Café, a beloved, Black-owned Atlanta institution just a short walk from the Signia Hotel.

​Here's how it works: We'll put two or three real affordable housing investment opportunities on the table and work through them together — across three investor profiles:

• ​A community foundation

• ​A family foundation

• ​A DAF holder

​For each, we'll work through:

• ​What's the right deal structure?

• ​What does the risk conversation look like with your board?

• ​Where does this sit in the portfolio?

​An Investment Advisor will be in the room to share investment-side perspective and help translate the financial mechanics in real time.
