The Argument You Keep Having — a 2-hour co-founder & team session
Co-founder conflict rarely starts as conflict. It starts as “we never wrote down who owns what.” Then AI moves the work around, one of you picks up more, the other picks up something different, and six months later you're having the same argument for the fourth time.
This is a two-hour working session for founding pairs — co-founders, or a founder and a key lead. Come together. You'll map the fight you keep repeating, name what's actually at stake, and leave with the first draft of a working agreement on roles, decisions, money, and how you disagree.
What we'll do: arrive and pressure-check · timeline of the tension (in pairs) · the loop, and what's underneath it · roles + decisions worksheet · draft agreement, one commitment each.
Who it's for: two people who share a company (or a team) and are willing to be in the room together. Register both of you — $90 per person, $180 per pair.
Who it's not for: a partnership that has already decided to split, or one founder hoping to fix the other.
Facilitated by Nima Imani — ICF-certified, ontologically trained coach; 10+ years in software, data and AI (EY, Neo4j); runs the weekly founder coaching group at Frontier Tower and founded InsightsOut.
