The evening honors leaders whose vision, impact, and authenticity are driving cultural and commercial change across labels, publishing, streaming, management, and beyond.
More than an awards show, the Lavender List is a moment of visibility and recognition where we spotlight excellence, foster connection, and affirm that queer and allied leadership belongs at the center of the music industry’s most important conversations.
