You deal with tokens every day you use AI. Your boss tracks your ChatGPT usage and your Claude Code has 5 hour usage windows. That AI project you built during after hours uses Gemini API, and you are billed for every token used.
It's measured everywhere, but like measuring time you spent awake every day, it doesn't measure the quality of outcome. One day burning a bunch of tokens mean you look productive and the next day you are getting told off for burning through the team's weekly AI budget...
We've seen it all. And we care deeply about making the compute spent on AI useful and meaningful. This Thursday night, get ready for some tips and tricks from our day-to-day work setup, and some relatable rants from fellow AI builders.
On the day:
Part 1
6:30 Door opens. Grab some snacks and talk to others building with AI
7:00 Talks from Edward Yang and Nav Rao, and guests to be announced
7:45 Wrap up from Ertas AI office, then we head to the Penny Black on Sydney Road

8:00 till late Grab some food and drinks. Networking chat
Who it is for
Anyone actively using AI for work or for life. Founders, marketers, ops people, engineers, and anyone running a model anywhere for whatever reason. You don't need to be an engineer or technical, and you don't have to speak. Turning up for snacks and vibes is totally acceptable.
