As part of Istanbul App Week 2026, RevenueCat, Third Room, and Neon Apps are bringing together developers, indie hackers, founders, designers, and curious minds for an afternoon of building, experimenting, and shipping.
No endless talks. No watching someone else build.
Just you, your ideas, AI tools, and a room full of people who love making things.
⚡ THE CHALLENGE
You'll have 3 hours and 20 minutes to turn an idea into a functional MVP using AI-powered development tools.
Work solo or team up with up to 2 other builders.
But there's a twist: your app needs a business model.
With RevenueCat, you'll explore subscriptions, paywalls, and in-app purchases to show how your product could generate revenue.
🎯 The theme and challenge will be revealed on the day of the hackathon. Come ready to think on your feet, get creative, and build something amazing. No need to prepare an idea in advance — everyone starts from the same point!

01 — THE REVEAL We'll announce the challenge theme and judging criteria.
02 — THE BUILD Build your MVP using AI-powered tools. Focus on solving one problem really well.
03 — THE MONETIZATION Design your subscription model or paywall strategy with RevenueCat.
04 — THE PITCH Show us what you've built. Each team gets a 2-minute pitch and 1-minute Q&A.
05 — THE AWARDS We'll celebrate the most impressive builds, creative ideas, and smart monetization strategies.
