AI is already showing up in non-profit work, whether or not organisations have agreed how it should be used.
AI Leadership Bootcamp is a practical, values-led programme for nonprofit leaders who need to understand what AI means for their organisation and make sensible decisions about what happens next.
Together, we’ll ask:
What is this thing, and what do we believe about it?
What should we actually do with it?
How do we do it without breaking trust?
We’ll look at what AI means in practice, where useful opportunities may sit, what can go wrong and what leadership needs to put in place around people, data, governance and accountability.
You’ll leave with clearer principles, better questions and a realistic basis for deciding what needs to happen next in your organisation.
This is not a tool tour, prompt-writing workshop or promise that AI will solve everything. It is practical space to think clearly, make proportionate decisions and work out what responsible use could look like in your nonprofit.
You do not need to be an AI expert.

Who should come
Nonprofit CEOs, chief executives, senior leaders and trustees who are responsible for decisions about people, data, systems, governance or organisational change.
It is for leaders who want to move beyond vague enthusiasm or fear and make thoughtful, proportionate decisions about AI.
You do not need technical experience or a finished AI policy.

AI for Nonprofits is led by Katie Vincent and Kirsty Passmore, former nonprofit chief executives with formal AI training at distinction level and decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, organisational change and governance.
Kirsty leads the strategy sessions. Katie leads the practical sessions. We both lead the bootcamp and the Where to Start with AI sessions.
