Community Leadership Labs: Path to Scale?

The concept is a six session Community Leadership Lab. The Community Leadership Lab is a bet on people. We recruit local volunteers and provide an immersive course in leadership and human centered design. Sessions take place at different locations, to help participants learn more about local assets and the people who have devoted their careers to the public good. The workshops include:

High-level issue briefings from local leadership.
Panels of local service providers seeking volunteer help.
Trainings on project planning, leadership and community development.

We’ve conducted these in a national webinar format, but I prefer a place based Masterclass.

My question for the group would be how to test it and scale the idea.
