About Event

Whether it's Glean, ChatGPT or Claude, your team is already using AI. Right now it's mostly a thought partner: it reasons well, it drafts well, and then somebody copies the answer into Workday or Jira by hand. The reasoning is real, but the efficiency is limited when none of it is connected to the right systems.

Connecting it is where the return on your AI spend actually shows up, and it's two distinct challenges:

  1. Getting AI into the systems you run on, most of which were never built to let it in.

  2. Extending that to your team, with the permissions and audit trail that make it a decision you can defend.

This dinner will bring together twenty-five people comparing notes on how they're doing it — what's connected, what isn't, what they'd do differently.

All attendees will receive an AI strategy workshop with our Solutions Architects — your workflows, the systems you'd need to reach, and what a realistic rollout looks like for your team. Booked in after the conference, whenever suits you.

Wednesday 26 August, 7pm, after day 1 of Glean:GO. Three courses and good wine in a garden on Union Street, fifteen minutes from Fort Mason.

Hosted by

Romain Sestier — Co-Founder & CEO. Romain started StackOne after leaving Google. He and Guillaume had spent more than ten years building SaaS products together across Google, Oracle and Yieldify, and kept running into the same wall: integration complexity holding back what a product could actually do.

Guillaume Lebedel — Co-Founder & CTO. Guillaume leads engineering at StackOne. Before founding the company with Romain he built SaaS products at Oracle and Yieldify. As CTO he owns the platform itself: connector depth, managed authentication, and the permissioning that lets an agent write to an enterprise system rather than only read from it.

About StackOne

StackOne is the layer that lets AI take real action in the systems your business runs on. Agents read from and write to Workday, Okta, Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce and hundreds more through a single interface, with managed authentication, role-based access controls and full audit logging. The point is to give your team AI that does work, not just AI that answers questions.

400+ connectors · 25,000+ pre-built actions · SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR certified · no credential storage · backed by GV (Google Ventures).
