If you're having trouble managing relationships with your coworkers - engineers, project managers, whatever the hell Dave does - come and talk through it while we explore some strategies and mental models that will help you strategize your approach.

Nick will be leading this one, but attendees are encouraged to bring problems, examples, and stories from their own work. We won't tell anyone you were talking about them.
