About Event

The Center for Climate and Energy Solutions invites you to a briefing on Wednesday, June 10th, providing a deep dive into the battery supply chain, touching on each aspect of the battery supply chain from mineral extraction through battery material production, cell fabrication, and recycling, focusing on the crucial interconnection between each process.

The event will feature a presentation providing insights on a path for federal policymakers to position the United States to capitalize on the growth of a foundational global industry and secure supply chains critical to energy and national defense. The expert panel will touch on each aspect of the battery supply chain, with a focus on how workforce development, technology commercialization, and market development can support the growth of an American battery industry.
