1. ​Intro Welcome and a quick overview of what we're doing tonight.

2. ​Nuri demo (5 min) Letting an agent pay: permissioned access to a real wallet. A demo, not a pitch.

3. ​Topics & Discussion Short slides, demos, and open discussion. The topics below are starting points — we pick together on the night where to go deep.

   • ​What changed since August — New models and tools since our last advanced evening. What did you switch to, and why?

   • ​Harnesses & Custom Tooling — Claude Code, Codex, Pi — or building your own harness and agent tooling.

   • ​Interfaces — CLIs, desktop apps, custom UIs — and agents in shared channels: is the channel the new interface?

   • ​Environments & Going Local — Local, managed cloud, VPS/intranet; self-hosting and running open-source models.

   • ​Workflows & Evals — How you structure agent workflows, when an agent vs. a plain API call, and how you know it's actually working.

   • ​Autonomy & Real Access — What you let run unattended, multi-agent setups, and how far you let agents touch accounts, money and production.

5. ​Drinks & Connect Open conversation over food and drinks, thanks to Nuri. We close the space around 21:00 and continue at the nearby "Trödler" bar.
