DevDay Exchange Community: Ho Chi Minh City
Got something you’ve been meaning to build? Bring it to Joi. 💻
Join 50–70 fellow builders for DevDay Exchange Community: Ho Chi Minh City — an afternoon of building with Codex, exchanging ideas, and showing what you’re working on.
Whether it’s a tool that saves you hours at work, a prototype you want to test, or a side project you’re excited about, bring your laptop and make some progress with us.

Build, connect, and share
🛠️ Build with Codex
Spend focused time turning your ideas into something you can use. Work on your project, compare approaches, and exchange tips with other builders.
🤝 Meet your local builder community
Get to know people building different things, share what you’ve learned, and find fresh perspectives on the problems you’re working through.
🎤 Demo your project
Show us what you built, the problem it solves, and how you used Codex along the way. A work in progress is welcome — it doesn’t need to be a polished product.
🗳️ Vote for your favorite showcases
Attendees will vote to select the top five showcases. Give fellow builders feedback and help celebrate the projects that stand out.
☕️ Take a break with Joi
Enjoy complimentary drinks and tea break bites during the event. Grab something tasty, chat with fellow builders, and recharge between build sessions.

Who is this for?
This session is for people using Codex to build — developers, students, founders, and people creating tools for their own work. Come ready to spend time building and take part in the community.
Credits & showcase prizes
The following credits and prizes are proposed and subject to OpenAI approval. We’ll update this page with confirmed support and eligibility details before the event.
For each eligible attendee with verified on-site check-in, we’re requesting:
$100 in Codex credits
$50 in API credits
For the top showcases, selected through attendee voting, we’re requesting:
🥇 1st place: $1,000 in API credits for the team + 1 year of ChatGPT Pro for each approved team member.
🥈 2nd place: $500 in API credits for the team + 1 year of ChatGPT Pro for each approved team member.
🥉 3rd place: $300 in API credits for the team + 1 year of ChatGPT Pro for each approved team member.
