Karaoke Thursdays

​Apparently giving people a microphone and access to alcohol every Thursday is something we've decided to make a weekly tradition.

​So here we are.

​Every Thursday at Nomad House, we're bringing together internationals, locals, newcomers and our regulars for a night of karaoke, drinks and meeting people.

​The concept is pretty simple.

​Pick a song.
Put your name down.
Wait approximately 10 minutes.
Start questioning why you chose a song with that high note.
Commit anyway.

​You absolutely don't need to be a good singer. In fact, based on previous experience, confidence seems to be significantly more important than talent.

​Expect everything from ABBA and Britney to Bad Bunny, rock classics; and I ever heard some Asian songs last time?!

​And if singing isn't your thing, that's fine too. Grab a drink, meet some people and provide completely unsolicited scores from the audience.
