Scale Without Scaling the Team

11 September | 9:00–10:00
Workshop Tent, Tech Open, Stockholm

The best startups don't scale by hiring faster. They scale by working smarter.

Hosted by Maja Lehbert, Founder of STEALTH, this hands-on workshop is designed for founders, startup teams, and operators who want to grow their company without growing headcount at the same pace.

Today's AI tools and modern workflows make it possible for small teams to achieve what once required entire departments. In this practical workshop, you'll learn how high-performing startups use automation, AI, and better systems to increase output, eliminate repetitive work, and stay lean as they scale.

What you'll learn

Together, we'll explore:

• How to scale operations without constantly hiring

• AI workflows that save hours every week

• Automating repetitive tasks across your business

• Building systems instead of adding headcount

• Identifying the highest-leverage work for your team

• Practical tools and workflows you can implement immediately

You'll leave with practical ideas and frameworks you can start applying the very next day.
