​A movement-based class to explore sensuality, confidence, and connection to your body. No mirrors, just feeling.

​This is a space to define sensuality on your own terms, moving between playful, powerful, soft, and feminine expression.

​We’ll explore different styles of movement through both guided and free-flow expression, including grounding movement, body awareness, and simple, intuitive patterns like walking with confidence, taking up space, body rolls, and expressive full-body movement.

​No dance experience is needed. This is about feeling comfortable in your body, not performing.

​Come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. We will be barefoot for this class.
