​Andrew McCarthy - General Manager of ANZ, SEA & India for Notion

​With 20 years of sales and sales leadership experience at hyper-growth technology companies, Andrew McCarthy is Notion's General Manager for ANZ and Asia. Previously, he led Account Partners for LinkedIn APAC and held multiple sales leadership roles at LinkedIn.

​Moderated by David Booth

​David Booth is a Founder in Residence at Blackbird Ventures, focused on finding and backing ambitious Kiwis doing their life's work. With expertise at the intersection of product, community, and capital, David previously served as CEO of On Deck for nearly 7 years where he raised ~$100M and built communities that helped over 1,000 companies get started and raise $2.5B+ in funding. His career spans roles at AngelList, where he led investment operations, and Carta, where he drove international growth. A community builder at heart, David's mission is to help the world's most ambitious people find and work on the world's most pressing problems.
