​Join us at Now Place for an evening of comics, storytelling, and community with featured artist Asia Miller, Portland-based author and illustrator currently touring their debut graphic novel Lindsey Cheng Dates a White Boy!!! 📖✨

​A coming of age story about a Chinese American college student that explores themes of love, friendship, identity and finding yourself.

​Inspired by the energy of a live music show, each artist will project comic pages while reading them aloud, bringing stories off the page and into the room. The evening features live readings by Elizabeth Thach, Cynta Camilia, Dion Wang, and Asia Miller, culminating in a reading from Lindsey Cheng Dates a White Boy!!!

​🌟 Doors open at 6pm with a special Lucky Bugs pop-up, drinks, snacks, and time to mingle before the readings begin. Afterward, audience members are invited to browse books, meet the artists, and pick up copies of the works featured during the event.
