🕯️ About the Session — Yin Nidra Tarot invites you into a state of deep rest and gentle awakening. This practice blends the meditative stillness of Yin — long, supported holds that release tension and open the body — with the guided journey of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” a state between waking and dreaming where the mind softens and the body restores.
Before we begin, we open our circle with a brief tarot pull — a moment to tune inward and receive a message for the journey ahead. Each card becomes an anchor for reflection, offering insight, affirmation, or gentle guidance as we transition into stillness. This simple ritual helps set intention, soften the mind, and prepare the body to fully receive the rest and renewal of our Yin Nidra practice.
Through breath, awareness, and intention, you’ll experience the art of slowing down — calming the nervous system, releasing stored emotions, and reconnecting with your natural rhythm of ease and balance.

Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all. This practice is open to all levels — whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’ll be guided gently throughout.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, cozy clothing that allows you to relax fully. Layers are encouraged as your body temperature may shift during deep rest.
What if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Out of respect for the space, doors close at the start of class to maintain a peaceful environment. Please come early, or on time.
Are props provided?
We encourage you to bring your own mat and comfort items.
Is this suitable for pregnancy?
Yes — gentle modifications will be offered. Please let your instructor know before class.

Our group sessions are intimate and semi-private and it ranges anywhere from 2 to 8 participants
