Real Fellowship Gathering: Expanding the Capacity to Lead in Complexity
Technology startups are built in conditions of uncertainty. Markets evolve, teams grow under pressure, capital environments shift, and decisions carry asymmetric consequences. A company's capacity to endure and evolve is inseparable from the inner capacities of its leaders.
At this April Real Fellowship Gathering, we will explore antifragility - systems that gain through volatility - and the role of inner development in strengthening it. Led by TILT, a leader in global leadership transformation born from MIT Sloan, founders will engage in facilitated dialogue, structured practice, and real operating reflections designed to examine how we relate to power, stress, conflict, and responsibility inside our companies. The work is experiential and cumulative. It requires presence.
This gathering is offered by Real Ventures, and for the first time, in collaboration with Anges Quebec. We’re very grateful for their partnership in bringing together founders across the Quebec ecosystem who are committed to building enduring companies.
Full participation is required to attend. Course costs are courtesy of hosts.
In earlier gatherings, we introduced flexibility by allowing partial participation, and over time we recognized that this choice, while well-intentioned, affected the overall depth and cohesion of the experience.
To preserve the integrity and trust of the space, all attendees must be present for the entirety of both days. Please register only if you can commit to attending April 8 and 9 in full.
