тема: Innovative approaches to adult learning
During the session, you will become L&D entrepreneurs, working in teams to design and pitch an innovative training idea. The rest of the group will act as “investors,” asking challenging questions and deciding which idea deserves their support.
This fun, interactive format combines professional brainstorming with English practice. You’ll explore new approaches to adult learning while improving your skills in persuasion, pitching, and professional discussion.
Ahead of our meeting, here are a few questions to reflect on:
- What’s the most innovative learning method you’ve used in your company?
- What challenges do you face when engaging adult learners?
- If you could redesign corporate training tomorrow, what would you change first?
