About Our Hosts
Kat Kemner is the Cincinnati Chapter Lead for AI-Powered Women. A UC graduate and cheerleading national champion, she spent 6 years at P&G across Brand and HR Tech, creating AI tools that scaled companywide and increasing team belonging. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 teams, and serves as the AI Agent Practice Lead at Simplicity Consulting, developing human-centered AI tools and trainings for Microsoft.
