1. ​Help 1 person monthly — Resume review, job application trick, intro to hiring manager, or skill tip. No asks allowed; give only.

2. ​Show up when you commit — We value your presence. Miss twice and we’ll ask you to step back to make room for committed members.

3. ​Networking only — Meetings focused on career moves: job switches, skill gaps, engineering growth. No pitches, no asks for favors, no products.
