After a long break, we’re returning with the AWS Community, two builder communities in one room.
The theme: own your intelligence. Everyone has access to the same models. The edge is what you build yourself: custom models, custom harnesses, custom agents, proprietary data.
The format: five lightning talks, seven minutes each. No intros that run long, no roadmap slides. Each speaker shows what they built, why they didn’t just use something off the shelf, and what broke on the way. Short enough to stay sharp, dense enough to steal ideas from.
