Community Town Hall

​Over the past year, the Work on Climate leadership team has been doing a lot of reflection — on how the climate landscape is changing, what we’re hearing from our members, and what this moment is asking of our community.

​In this town hall, the Work on Climate leadership team — Eugene Kirpichov, Executive Director; Inbal Nachman, Director of Programs; Felix Nguyen-Dalton, Community Program Manager; and Grace Mok, Development Manager — will share how our mission and approach are evolving and why.

​We’ll talk openly about:

• ​What’s changed in the climate and jobs landscape

• ​How our understanding of the problem has deepened

• ​What we mean by leadership, agency, and regeneration

• ​What’s changing in our focus and programs, and what’s staying the same

​This is a space for you all, our members, to ask questions and hear directly from the team, to better understand how Work on Climate is thinking about impact in this next chapter.
