PMM Delhi Aug Meetup

​Product Marketing Over Chai's first Delhi meetup in March filled a room with PMMs who'd all found their way into the craft differently and somehow still had the exact same war stories. We're doing it again.

​This time, we're adding a proper meet & greet - dedicated time to sit with fellow PMMs and GTM folks and talk through the specific challenges you're each navigating, not just listen from a chair.

​The main session topic is still being finalized based on what the community wants to discuss most. It'll likely be one of:

• ​PMM Metrics & KRAs: how to actually measure and defend your impact

• ​Founding PMM vs. PMM-in-a-Team: two very different jobs, one title

• ​Product Launches & GTM: whether they really move in sync, or just should

​What to expect:

• ​Meet & greet - structured time to talk through your specific PMM/GTM challenges with peers

• ​A focused session on the topic chosen by the community

• ​Open discussion and Q&A

• ​Networking over chai & coffee

​Who should attend: PMMs at any stage, GTM leaders, and founders wearing the PMM hat themselves.
