Cosmolocal Road to Ethereum's Devcon India

​A discussion space for builders, educators, and community stewards exploring how Ethereum Foundation’s Devcon India (November 3-6) can translate into long-term (d/acc framed) cosmolocal impact and avoid the pattern of world-class gatherings that feel disconnected from local realities once they are over.

​Core Concepts:

• ​Cosmolocalism (Bauwens): share knowledge as a global commons, while building and stewarding value locally, so open design meets place-based production and real-world feedback.

• ​d/acc (Buterin): nuanced techno-optimist philosophy advocating for differential acceleration of defensive, democratic, and decentralized tools instead of amplifying existential risks or concentrating control in a few hands.
