​We’re kicking off our 2026 meetups in London, with the first Altea event of the year, and it’ll be one of the largest events we’ve ever done.

​On Wednesday, February 25th, we’re hosting an invitation-only event focused on alternative assets, anchored by a guided fine wine tasting led by Cult Wines.

​This is not a boring sales pitch or stuffy panel — it’s an engaging mixer at FARE London, designed for those who allocate and love smart discussions.

​What to expect

​Discussions will, with a focus on a handful of categories: private lending, wine, classic cars, and second homes.

​Each speaker will frame their view of the market before opening the floor to discussion and Q&A.

​The discussion is followed by a hosted wine tasting, giving the evening a natural rhythm: ideas first, then deeper conversations over great bottles.

​Canapes and non-alcoholic refreshments will be served at the event for guests. This will include vegetarian options.

​🍷 Guided Wine Tasting With Cult Wines

​After the roundtable, Cult Wines will lead a curated fine wine tasting, walking us through a selection of investment-grade wines while sharing how they think about wine as an asset class.

​This portion of the evening will touch on:

• ​Wine performance and market dynamics

• ​How sourcing and allocation actually work in practice

• ​Risk considerations, holding periods, and portfolio construction

​It’s educational, relaxed, and built to spark one-on-one conversations rather than sales pitches.
