Amani means 'peace' in Swahili — and that’s exactly what this space is here to hold.
Join us for a gentle, nourishing yoga class designed to guide you back to calm, softness, and steady breath. This is a slow, grounding practice focused on releasing tension, reconnecting to your body, and restoring a sense of inner tranquility. Expect mindful movement, spacious pauses, and a welcoming atmosphere.
This class is beginner-friendly & open to all levels.
At 15:00, we’ll gather for a relaxed social with coffee, food, and drinks available to purchase. It’s a chance to build community, connect with like-minded people, and continue the sense of ease beyond the mat.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more at peace.
*Please remember bring your yoga mat. Spare mats are provided, but, not enough for everyone.
