🌅“心成”家人的破晓户外能量聚会-5月2日
新加坡/ 马来西亚心成的伙伴们将被邀请出席破晓打拳活动，时间是在本周六，5月2日早上6.30，地点在Botanic Gardens 植物园跟大家一起打破晓拳定课！
⏰时间：
(破晓早上6.35）
早上 06.30～ 07.30 点 (有意尝试打破晓拳)
在生态湖边的大草坪前练习打阴阳拳
之后在蓄水池边丹气慢跑/走15分钟
07.30～9.00 享受早餐和心灵飨宴主题分享
9.00～活动结束。

⏰Time:
(Daybreak at 6:35 AM)
6:30 AM – 7:30 AM (For those interested in experiencing 破晓打拳)
Practice Da Quan on the large lawn by the ecological lake.
Afterwards, jog/walk for 15 minutes by the lake.
7:30 AM – 9:00 AM Enjoy breakfast and sharing session.
9:00 AM – Event ends.
