Common Chronicles and NITHUB are excited to host Zero to Agent: Lagos our first in-person event and part of Vercel's global build week!
Zero to Agent is a global build week from April 24 – May 3 where we ship real AI agents with v0 and Vercel. All submissions go into the global competition at Vercel Community with $6,000+ in prizes.
What to expect:
• Build a real AI agent: Learn how to use v0 to generate apps, interfaces, and agents from plain English — no coding experience required • Build & Ship: By the end of the session, you'll have a fully functioning, deployed agent. Whether you're a developer, designer, founder, student, creative, or just curious about AI — you're welcome here
Prerequisites: Bring your laptop, some ideas, and a friend!
What we'll do:
• Quick intro + welcome video from the Vercel team • 60–90 minutes of hands-on building — design and create a real AI agent using v0 • Deploy on Vercel — test, iterate, and ship in real time • Demos — show the room what you built • Meet and connect with builders across Lagos
Bonus: Every attendee receives $30 in v0 credits to build with during the event — courtesy of Vercel.

Judging criteria: • Agent usefulness / real-world applicability • Technical execution (built with v0, deployed on Vercel) • Creativity and originality
Submissions stay open until May 3 — so even if you don't finish at the event, you can keep building and submit before the deadline.
