About the event
✨ Creative Future Shapers – Artists & Creatives
What happens when artists, performers, storytellers, entrepreneurs and community builders come together in one room? Future Shapers explored exactly that!
Together we reflected on creativity, visibility, entrepreneurship, intellectual property, AI, storytelling and the realities of building a creative career in today's world.
More importantly, we created a space where people could connect, share experiences and realise they are not building alone.
Highlights from the day
🎤 Kim Dankoor moderated an inspiring panel discussion where we explored creativity, entrepreneurship, intellectual property and the opportunities and challenges facing artists today.
🎶 Sarah-Lee, Insayno and Clara Opoku moved the room through powerful performances and storytelling.
🔥 Deeksha and Karla shared their voices during the open mic.
🎨 Naira's artwork brought additional beauty and creativity into the space.
🎤 A special acknowledgement to Sisa Uma Kente, founder of Stichting BraSi and recognised as the first Dutch female rapper since the '80's, whose work helped pave the way for future generations of artists and creatives.

Future Shapers is not a series of traditional networking events. It is a space for conversation, connection, creativity and growth.

Future Shapers is a funded program for young people and young professionals aged 18-30.
Through events, storytelling, mentoring, podcasting and community building, we create opportunities for young people to explore their talents, build confidence and connect with others shaping the future.
