Patchwork to Nowhere @ Flower Power

​Join us for a morning of improvised sewing in community! No prior sewing experience is needed and all materials will be provided.

​Patchwork to Nowhere with Baubo Commons is a gathering that invites you to get in touch with your sense of play, give your senses some nourishment, and hold a different kind of attention. You’ll learn how to do basic patchwork by hand (with no ironing needed!) using a communal pool of eclectic scraps. In keeping with the Commons’ ethos of making for the sake of connection and play, it’s a workshop with no defined final product (see: “nowhere”). All levels welcome and feel free to bring scraps if you're willing to share them with the group. Come and stitch awhile!
